2. What data we process
- Contact / enquiry data: name, email, company, phone (if provided), message content, service interest.
- Technical data: standard server/CDN logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) operated by our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) as needed to deliver the site securely.
- We do not sell personal data.

4. Recipients
Processors that host email, DNS/CDN or analytics (if enabled) under contracts. Currently the public site is designed to minimise third-party trackers. Cloudflare may process technical data as infrastructure provider.

Default preference for EU/EEA processing. If a transfer outside the EEA is required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).
6. Retention
Enquiry emails: typically up to 24 months after last correspondence unless a longer period is needed for legal claims or an active contract. Server logs: per provider defaults, minimised where possible.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable), and complaint to the Polish SA (UODO) or another EU supervisory authority.
