Investor reporting cadence on mid-size residential programmes

What good monthly packs contain — and red flags in vague status decks.

Cadence beats volume

Principals do not need fifty slides. They need a calendarised pack: progress vs baseline, cost vs contingency, open risks with owners, decisions required this month, and photo or evidence of critical packages.

Red flags

  • Only percentages with no package map
  • No change log
  • Safety and quality as afterthoughts
  • “All green” every month until a cliff

AHB stance

When we run delivery, the pack is part of the control model — not a marketing newsletter.
